Each year, Home Care Pulse, a leading quality assurance firm for the industry, recognizes home care agencies around the nation for their performance as part of its Best of Home Care Awards program. HCP recently announced this year’s winners in a nationwide webinar to hohttp://www.homecarepulse.com/nor the awarded agencies.
These awards – Leader in Excellence, Provider of Choice, and Employer of Choice – are based on third-party client satisfaction scores from several categories, which include Compassion, Work Ethic, Communication, and Training. To qualify for the Awards, providers must be enrolled in the HCP Quality Management Program and have been HCP Certified for at least six months. These award-winning providers have proven that they offer the highest level of quality, professionalism, and expertise in home care.
